I am on something similar and I am sure I will have to explain it to someone as we go through this process. Taking Paxil for a chemical imbalance is no different than taking insulin for diabetes. That is what my doctor told me anyway. Not everyone's body does everything is should without help. In fact, most people take some meds. Just don't try to get off of it for this since you are happy and energetic again. I tried that and it wasn't fun. Take care and good luck! Let me know how it turns out!
