We were matched 3 months after our approvals were in place, but it fell apart because the foster family decided to adopt them at the last minute. From there it was another 5 months before we were matched again and then we were match with a couple of situations all at the same time. I have been told that if you are looking at straight adoption vs foster to adopt you could be looking at approx. a year. I am proud to say though that we are just waiting for a TPR to occure in the next few months and then we will be the proud parents of two boys. Best wishes
