It really is amazing...
how families are formed through adoption! When you think of it, it is quite a miracle!
I always thought we would do international adoption as I had my sights on an Asian baby girl, but when an aquaintance of mine told me that there was a need for fost/adopt in our state, so we decided on that route. Cost reasons also affected our decision as fost/adopt is affordable.
Our experience was a positive one and we are so blessed to have our Filipino daughter here from the states!
