It's a Money Racket.

you go through the agencies for these kids and pay an attorney
and the facilitator you get action. If you're just average Joe or Mary and you love and want to care for one of these kids you get the run around. It serves their purpose to keep these kids in expensive therapy and because you might make it unneccessary that would end the gravy train. I've been called cynical and it's not hard to be that way when you see the games that are being played with these little ones lifes.It's
like they're being victimized twice once by their parents and again by the system.
