We are from Wa state,Snohomish county too.We have been trying to adopt domestically, i had a couple freinds who used a great MSW to do the home study then hired a attorney.We did the same and havent adopted yet, though both freinds adopted within a year and a half.We used Mark Demarey in Edmonds, he is very good and very knowlegable.
