Jennifer, congratulations! We adopted our son at 14 months old from Russia in 12/01 and it was a very unique and memorable experience!
As for the domestic program, I would suggest going to
http://www.adoptivefamilies.com and get their 2003 agency book. It will give you a LOT of information on agencies all around the country!
