No Bashing
Don't worry, I won't bash you. My 13 year old, legally can't be around children 5 years or younger than him, which means 9 and below once he gets out. That means that he can't return to either of our houses. To solve this problem they would remove the other children. Obviously you haven't heard the horror stories being lived daily by people from CPS. It is a nightmare that I don't want to experience.
I don't know if he is treatable. One doctor said no, others say give the kid a chance. I have three other boys to raise and protect. I love my son, always have and always will. He can't come back here because I need to protect my other children.
If you think for one minute that the state wouldn't just uproot my other children, think again. This kind of injustice happens all the time. Why do you think the CPS organizations all over the country have such high budgets. They get paid to take children from their natural families and place them in foster care. I could introduce you to a hundred other people that are fighting to get their kids back. Hopefully I haven't signed my own warrent by telling you this.
I just want to find a good home for my son instead of just telling the state he is their responsibility. I don't want him floating from one foster home to another for the next four years. I want him to have a fighting chance while my other boys are raised by me.
