That's interesting to know! I thought the 6 per household was a countrywide standard. I guess if I move, I can expand the family! Also Jess, I briefly checked your blog, and it was neat to see that you homeschool. It seems to me that alot of homeschooling moms are also open to foster and adoption. I guess that shows just how much we love being with our kids.
