Not sure on your first two... though I will say stick to your guns if you're sure he's got allergies. I tried taking my DD in to see about allergies (I have them myself so I know what to be looking for) and the ped basically told me she was too young to have allergies. I was like "huh?" DD is older so I'm able to give her benadryl, though. You might ask about if its okay to give E some (you'd have to get the dosage amount from the doctor).

As for yogurt... I actually got the Yo-baby yogurt. I think they may be labeled "organic", but that wasn't why I got them. Others had suggested it, but I like it for the fact that it is made with whole milk and has very few added ingredients. We get them in packages with six individual servings and have found them in vanilla/banana, blueberry/apple, and peach/pear. I've seen them in other flavors, but those are mixed with cereal and we weren't interested in those.
