Hello. How is everyone doing? I'm sorry I've been MIA. I am in the process of relocating. I am now in the new location, but temporarily in a hotel until our temporary housing is available, which we will be in until we close on our new house. Confusing, huh?
Our trip here was long and gross. First, I fell in a bathroom at a rest stop. GROSS!!! I'm ok, it was just very nasty to fall on that floor.
Then, our youngest son came down with a stomach bug. We had to buy him diapers and keep a garbage can by him in the van. Poor little guy.
Fortunately he is no longer having stomach issues, but he is still running a fever.
Our last Sunday at our church in TX, they gave us a potluck. It was very bittersweet. They made a huge scrap book for us and made speaches, etc. It was good, but hard to say goodbye.
So I now begin a new chapter in my little family's life. It doesn't feel right yet. It feels like we're just visiting the in-laws.
