Send a letter to the judge and cc all attorneys including the new attorney, explain in detail what the attorney said to you just as you did in your post. and also tell the judge that you feel that this attorney already has his mind set even without much info on your particular case and do not believe that he can be partial in your fostersons case remember he is the appointed attorney but you are your fostersons first and most important advocate. you have to speak up even @ the risk of upsetting this attorney. the case has obviously been going on for a while so the judge has all the information about the case and the childs care in your home already so don't worry about anyone trying to remove the child because you spoke up you have a right to speak on your fostersons behalf excersice it to the fullest. send this letter prior to court so that it may be discussed at the next court date.
