There is a yahoo group for Thailand adoption that has some pretty good information. They direct people new to the program to the following website:
Thailand Adoption Home Page It pretty much gives a summary of the process.
As for blogs, just do a search on google for Thailand adoption blogs and you'll get a whole bunch.
