Upcoming Changes in Hungarian Adoptions
Hey, thanks a lot for your response! Any help is appreciated!

Someone from the U.S. Embassy in Budapest just informed me that Hungary's adoption policies will be undergoing some changes this May--one change will be that children will be adoptable for foreigners after 6 months, not a year.
