I'm not sure whether to congratulate you or offer sympathy. Is there no way to prevent the mother from drinking while she is pregnant? How old is she, do you think this is going to happen again and again? This is such a tragedy for the children. My first foster daughter had a little brother with FAS and the county had a hard time finding him a family.
