www.ParentProfiles.com to find information on hopeful adoptive parents who have met the pre-adoption requirements in the KC area, or you can look for agencies at
www.AdoptionDirectory.com.
You might also be able to look up some attorneys in your area who may be able to help you with private placement----there's a directory of adoption professionals. I can't remember the directory name, but I am sure someone else will be able to post it.
