My husband and I are just starting the process of choosing an agency to work with for an international adoption and its very overwhelming! Information packets cover our dining room table, and just when we think we've figured it out we second guess ourselves (not the choice to adopt, just who to use). There is such a variance (time, money, etc.) that a decision is hard to make. We are in NC and believe we have narrowed the field to 2. Any advice that ya'll could give on picking a reputable agency would be greatly appreciated.
