I just traveled alone to Seoul in June to pick up my daughter. She was 4 at the time though.
You'll need to bring the typical baby things, but something you will REALLY need? If you'll be alone? Bring a few books and magazines to read. I traveled the city on the days that I only got to see Claire for a couple of hours. I got really bored and lonely really fast. I didn't have her until my last day. Lots of time to think. And worry. And twiddle your thumbs!
