One other thing is that I am not sure it is legal for an agency to have a minor sign papers and not provide copies. I am checking on that one. The law states that reliquishment is binding upon a minor, I read that in some of the legal research I did. However, I am not sure that having a minor sign adoption papers without providing the minor a copy is legal. I am checking on that. Laura
