My husband isn't very good with computers so I'm doing this for him.

He was born William James D. June 26, 1975 in Penetanguishene, On. He was born approx 3 months premature. His mother was single & 21 at the time of his birth. She came from a large family in the area. Apparently his father was a tall Slovakian man, who was not aware of his birth. He was adopted through Simcoe CAS.

We have a bit more non-identifying information, but thats it.
