Hi Cathy and Barbara! Our little guy has been home about 9 months and I was wondering the same thing. We would like to get him a US birth certificate and we live in NJ. We thought we had to go through the whole re-adoption process in order to get this. Can you tell me how you go about getting a US birth certificate? I've looked on the State of NJ website and didn't do very well at getting the information I needed.
