Ditto to what ktates said. We adopted from St. Pete in 2005 (and met ktates on trip1!!!). I know of no less than 5 other St. Pete kiddos from 3 or 4 homes. All that I know of are doing very well. My son was at or past target when he came home at 13 months. For any of you Nascar enthusiasts out there, look under my avatar at the statement... The race hasn't started yet, but we've started around turn 4 and they're giving the 1 to go!!!
We hope to return to St. Pete later this year.
When the green flag drops, I intend to race this one as fast as I can. Russia on the other hand... LOL
