Except for one person who I know adopted two children on this board(Kay) I dont know of anyone else who recently adopted from Bulgaria.
I am curious about different agencies myself. I dont know where we would go to get opinions on agencies from several different people. I think Bulgaria hasnt done many adoptions in the past few years.
