Ridiculous!
I know in several counties in Ohio they are basically telling people up front if they want to adopt there will be NO SUBSIDY or they are trying to get people (if they are relatives) to get legal custody so they don't have to give them any subsidy. I personally think it is RIDICULOUS!!! They WANT people to adopt these children & give them a "normal" life but they want us to go broke doing it.
