no, they never qualified him as title IV-E
because no SW completed the paper work correctly while he was in care
the Missouri thing was cleared up with class action law suiet and the pretty much kept everyone where they were...
we did loose child care, which was promissed until he was 18 because he cannot be left alone, we also lost respite... down to I think 13 nights per year from 38 nights per year...
but no, through the whole mess he did end up being able to get SSI, but does not because of the adoption sub and my income...
it was pretty touch and go there back in 2005...
