I just read in the paper that Guatemala is going to reopen and that instead of costing $30,000, adoptions will now be $500-750!

This whole process is so much a matter of timing.

I wish you the best in your decision. All you can do is gather the facts as of the time you start. Look inside your heart and plunge in. Then as all the facts change (which you don't think they will) you keep checking in with yourself to see if you are on the best right path.
