I wouldn't spend the 1300!! that is too much. How old is he again? I would run his birthdate through ameridex, get a list of all people born on that date! it is something like 30 dollars. I would then check off all of those who you can--all females listed, then people who can be accounted for in birth announcements, and in places that you know can't be possible.
