Sorry for the dumb question but would appreciate help from anybody.

I was born of rape. Getting old now and still trying to deal with it. When I try to explain to a professional, psychologist, whatever, I’ve used the „discrete” term of „bastard”. But it obviously only conveys the illegitimacy aspect, which nowadays is not a major issue. The stigma of rape does not come across. Is there a simple word to describe?
