Thanks for the post. I am fairly new and thought the subsidy came from my state not the childs. No wonder my caseworker said Oregon when I expressed interest in a sib group from there. I will have to do some research on the state and I will be calling my CW today to get as much info as possible. Again thank you for the heads up. Lisa
