HELP PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE

Yesterday I was doing the regular rounds of agencies that normally have available situations and looking to see if any caght my eye. I have pretty much moved away from anything but newborns. I think I had really come excited about the idea of bringing my precious baby home from the hospital and having every possible moment with him/her. But then yesterday I went to Lifelines website and saw one of their special babies and I was hooked. He is so beautiful and even looks like my God sons.
Anyways my questions are:
1) Does anyone know if they work with singles?
2) Does anyone know how much it is to adopt through them? Interstate? Waiting Child?
3) What do you do when you fall in love with a baby that you dont know if you can raise?
