She's curious, and this is the best way to get information without having to make a commitment herself. I have no doubt she will eventually want to meet you. I say that, as I know if I open the door, I'll have to step through it. I imagine she feels the same, so she has someone step through it first.
Maybe it won't be right now, but the seeds have been planted, and eventually, you'll see the results.
Hang in there. I definitely think this is a good sign!
