I think it started in Ladies Bible Class tonight at church. Instead of doing our lesson, we were talking about schools and kids, etc
Might it be that you felt down because although your heart needed to talk about your kids and school your soul missed the Bible study?
I know for myself, if I am planning some type of spiritual study and it gets replaced by ordinary stuff I really miss it. Our soul needs nourishing just as or hearts, minds and bodies do.
