Hi,
I have an 8 year old daughter who we were blessed with since she was 1 month old. I have spoken to her about adoption and have read several books with her about adoption but she really doesn't want to hear much about it. During the reading of some of the books I've had the opportunity to mention that she grew in someone else's tummy and how she came to us but I'm not quite sure she understood and dismissed the subject. We were attending an adoption support group but she doesn't want to go any more. Any suggestions on how to proceed from here?
