Unless she slips comments like this in regularly, I wouldn't worry about it. That really may be how sis feels, even though she may not have said it in the exact letter form.
We have not agreement to visits. We have vacationed in DS's Bmom's hometown for several years and this past memorial day (he was 6 months) we let bmom know we would be coming in town. We spent time with her and her 7 year old daughter that does not know about the adoption. (Mom went away for work.) Her daughter loved hanging out with my older girls and asks her mom frequently when we are coming to visit again. Bmom passes that on to me during our calls. My daughters ask the same about her. I don't feel any manipulation going on. Just people sharing they enjoy one another and would like to see each other again. Good Luck!
