Last year, we were exactly 2 months but it is running slower now (sorry). It really depends on your state CIS and your Korea agency...also, it is holiday season so that slows things down in Korea a bit.
With any luck you won't get caught in end of the year quota and your little boy will be home by Christmas. Even with delays, I think most travel is running around 3 months these days!
