Well it has truly been a long day. Our SW called us back this morning at 8:30 to inform us that we were selected by the birthmom, and she wanted to meet with us TODAY!.....Oh My Gosh....I was so excited and didn't know how to act....Well we had to drive about 1 1/2 hrs to meet her and her mom......The meeting was great!!! Well after I got over my headache(from all the excitment).....We did decide on Semi Open right now, and then after 6mths to a yr will consider Open....I can honestly say that after meeting with her we can truly do open right now....I thank God for the peace that he gave us during this whole time. I really enjoyed talking to our birthmom and her mom.
The baby is now in interm care until the 7day wait is over. She has already signed her TPR, and the dad should be signing tomorrow. So per the SW we can go get our little girl on next Friday the 28th or Monday Oct st...now you all know I'm hoping for the 28th, but we will see....
