To sum it up my ex has not been in the lives of my two children for nearly six years. There has been no communication and no support given. My husband, who has been in the lives of my children since they were 1 and 2 wishes to adopt them.
I've been told the best route to go is 8604 Willful Failure. Has anyone else gone this route successfully, who is in a similiar situation? If so I would LOVE to talk!
