Just turned 4 a few weeks before p.t. I tried this when they were 3 and they weren't ready for it.
I've been told and heard that Girls are easier and faster to p.t. Boys take longer and being 'older' helps. Not to say there aren't younger Boys that can and do take to p.t. at an earlier age.
