I voted for First Mom! For many years I was ok with birth mom, however it has been in the last few years that I have come to the realization that I did alot more than give birth. I was the first mom to my son, I was the first to make a parental decision for him out of love for him and the desire to give him the best life I could, even if that meant it could not be with me.
