we're home - phew!
well, it's definitely an experience you can only understand if you've been thru it. even after hearing everyone's stories on this board for the past 3 years, i didn't really get it. now i do!
i'm so incredibly glad to be home. even tho nothing went drastically wrong on our trip, it's the little stuff that just can about put you over the edge after a while.
the girls did remarkably well, considering. they did their fair share of crying, but, who can blame them?
they only slept about 90 min the entire journey home from moscow to detroit. oy! then went to bed last night after a snack and bath, around 10:30. then, up bright and early at 6:30 - hoo haw!
they are now down for a nap, so i'm trying to post a quick update.
here are some pics from our first two trips. haven't downloaded any pics from this trip yet. maybe next week? ha!
THANK YOU to every one who prayed for us, thought of us, sent us emails and messages. we really felt the support.
it still seems insanely crazy that we have two toddler in the house. insanely!
need to stop. i want to sleep, and also try and streamline the amount of toys that we have out. my husband is a prince and has been doing laundry and packing all morning.
p.s. also thrilled to report that kate will go to my daughter! must be something about the bosom ;o)
at least she's not just stuck to me 24/7. horray!
