Is your Toronto agency providing international placement services, or just doing the homestudy and post-placement work? If you are looking for a good international placement agency working with both of these homes, I know that Special Additions, Inc. out of Stilwell, KS does. I'm sure there are other agencies working with either of these homes, but you might be able to get information about the quality of the care provided to the children by contacting Special Additions. I will let you know that it is becoming unusual for non-NRI families (families where neither parent is of Indian descent) to have an infant placed as young as 6 months; however, I can tell you that our girls were placed one at 8 months and one at 10 months, and they've done very well.
