Cool Looking for foster parents last name DONOVAN from Tampa, FL
I am the sister of two boys adopted in 1971. I'm helping them search for birth family.

They were 1/2 brothers (same mother) and were placed around 1970 when Chris was about 3 and Kenneth (went by name of Monty) was about 1.

Foster family name is Donovan (Libby?)
