I think they might have been referring to the BMI index restriction which is based on height & weight...
regardless - I very much enjoyed the interview; the description of the author's 2nd adoption trip as being like a vacation with a fabulous prize at he end was my experience also. (I have to say I really understood his comments about being ambivalent about parenthood prior to meeting his daughter as well! as an adoptive parent that is not always an acceptable feeling to admit.)
my spouse is reading the book now, and I'm looking forward to reading it soon.
