OK, we have a friend who is a Biblical counselor ( and a Dr. in front of his name) I think he will do it. We are located in North Carolina and our oldest son has just returned from the mission field in Haiti. He has been caring for a little boy for the last two years, so now we are trying to adopt this five year old. Is there any chance that you could either FAX or email me a copy of the psychological report. Our counslor/friend asked me to get him an outline or an example of what we need. Just let me know.
