Oh I am so sorry to hear about your friend's experience and to invoke God and to threaten to take away a referral or to threaten the adoption in any way is certainly not a Christian or Judaic or any other faith way to conduct business. The adoption process is draining enough - even if it goes through without any barriers/KOs etc - we certainly don't need any "help" like this. I hope everything works out for your friend.
