It's really great you can still have contact with baby. I hope that connection will last for all of you. I can remember when we had to send our baby to a relative placement and how very hard it was after only being with us a month!! We haven't seen him, but did hear back through the cw (several times) that the family was so appreciative that we had him talking and connected ( he came as a failure to thrive baby).
I wouldn't want to be on the cold and icy roads of Colorado with a shocker like you got!!!LOL!! Soometimes, kids can say some really great things (that we're not expecting)!!!!LOL!!!Thank you for taking the time to share with us.
