My afamily is multi-racial. My abrother is Asian. My aparents raised us all as white as white comes. I asked my afather why we did not study and celebrate my abrother's heritage and culture. He said we are all the same race as he is: white. I told him I disagreed and think that we all could have learned so much from including my brother's culture in our family. This was something my afather could not understand.
