Well, if you think about it, nothing is more important to God than families, and the welfare of children. Therefore, nothing is more important to Satan than messing that up, any way he can. So of course there will be challenges and times you think you can't go on. Satan thrives on discouragement.
But if you are open to spiritual nudges and guidance, and are honestly trying to do what you feel is right for you, The Lord will be by your side, helping out. Sometimes he fixes the problems, and sometimes He just holds our hands through them, but He does care. That's what gets me through the tough times.
He LOVES his children so much! ('His children' also includes the adults wanting to adopt them, and those choosing to place them) - And he wants the best for them/us. So hang on, lean on Him, and know that you're not alone.
