thanks for the good advice, our worker knows we want to adopt and knows we would take on legal risk the child has only been in care for a couple of weeks they where goign to place him with us but they where having trouble with the family so he went out of county. so she is going to try to give her our homestudy to her again. i know it was a very bad injury to the baby at 6 weeks old, so not for sure if the child will go back to the parent. but i know they have there laws to decide by the judge so what ever happens i will be happy for what they decide on. thansk so much and i wil keep u posted.
