It may not be the scariest, but really it's the most memorable scary incident I've had.

Right after college got out my junior year, 4 friends and I took a roadtrip. (Jeff was one of them but we weren't dating at the time.)

As part of this trip, we went to Six Flags Great America by Chicago.

I'm a bit afraid of hieghts so rollercoasters and I have an interesting relationship. But I do enjoy most rollercoasters.

Anyways, the specific ride in question is called Deja Vu. Basically, they strap you in at the station, pull you back up an incline at almost a 90 degree angle, drop you for thrust... you go through some loops and stuff then back up another 90 degree angle, which then sends you back through all the loops again, then they brake you on the first 90 degree angle and lower you down.

Well me and one of my friends ended up in the back car. I'm small so the harnesses don't really fit me well, and the people going around checking the harness were in the process of getting trained, so I was a little nervous. I was more nervous when they pulled us up, but I bit my lip and kinda went whatever.

Then when they braked the car at the end before lowering it back into the station? The force of the braking threw me against my harness... which then started to give alot. That's when I had a full freakout. I don't know how long we'd been up there (probably seconds, but it felt like an eternity), but when we got back to the station I was shaking so much I could barely walk.
