Can anyone help me???? I was born aug 1976 26,27,28 (28th is the fav) adopted at 8 days throuhth the catholic charities & dcfs to the freeman family from chicargo illinois. I now live in England UK and have just started to trace. I am told it was a closed adoption, what does that mean? I'm totally new to this!
